Are your products made by hand? 

- Yes. We design, print, and assemble all of our cases.

How often do you launch new products? 

- New collections are launched once a month on Mondays. Every so often, new products will be released on their own. To stay up to date with the most current releases follow us on our Instagram HERE.

How long will it take me to receive my order? 

- All phone cases on our website are packaged and processed in 2-4 days. After that:

- Shipping in the United States: After the 2-4 days of processing, you can expect a shipping time of 2-5 business days for you to receive your order from our courier.

- International Shipping: After the 2-4 days of processing, you can expect a shipping time of 6-21 business days for you to receive your order from our courier. International orders take longer to arrive due to distance and location.

Do you offer refunds? 

- All phone cases on our website are designed by us and assembled to order, therefore, refunds are only issued if your product is damaged or if you receive the incorrect item. If your order has already been shipped, with no damage, in the correct time frame, with the information you provided, we cannot offer a refund.
